Perks of working for myself? Its being able to plan and make my own schedule. Although there's an obvious downside for that, it delays all my work and i end up cramming my way to finish my deadline... coz im an artist like that. I'm kidding. So this is one of those days wherein i decided to take photos of my outfit (even tho i wasn't really going anywhere) instead of finishing a gown for my fashion show. Dont worry guys, I finished it 8 hours before the show so it's all good.

The last 2 weekends have been so damn hectic. September has been packed with events and its overwhelming sometimes (especially for someone who gets anxious in meeting new people). Thank God I've somehow mastered the art of small talks. From fashion show and exhibit to cooking birthday dinner for bae's friends, Fake Friends anniversary event to Pop District bazaar. I'm very thankful for everything but i also need a long massage and some time to take it all in. Nawmsayin?!

Now that Im done venting out, let's talk about this outfit- because fashion blog duuuuh? You know when i say my city has bipolar weather? Its legit. I had to slip on a thin windbreaker to beat the early-morning drizzle only to find out how hot it was during lunch time. Then it rained again, but its still very humid. I insisted on wearing my windbreaker because it matched my shoes and outfit, obviously. And then of course, the trademark oversized shirt to hide my bloated tummy.

As promised, I'm finally getting rid of all my travel/style photos from HK before the year ends. Wait.... the year is about to end?!!? I swear 2016 went by SOOOO fast! Here are some photos we took at Causeway Bay, Hong Kong! Its where we got our Bape and CDG items and its where you can locate ALL designer brands- from luxury to street wear brands, you name it. This place is also the exact opposite of Mongkok. Every person you meet here are people who would actually spend A LOT of cash for certain brands. This would've been my favorite place if i were rich lol. Sorry for another lazy entry, I promise to post and lengthy one soon. xoxo

If you've been following me for a while, y'all know how much I fancy this brand. My first BAPE shirt in my size. I got so excited when I found it. Only a few girls appreciate this brand here in my city and seeing a lot of girls in Bape when we went to Causeway Bay made me so happy. Its like I found my place on Earth and I wanna be friends with each of them haha!




Being a sneaker collector, choosing the right shoes to travel is very important. There was no doubt that I'd choose to travel with Adidas shoes, and choosing my OG Gazelle was the best decision ever. I only brought 3 shoes for a week's trip and every single one was my comfy beaters. I suggest you do the same! :>

Finally posting these amazing photo set from Hong Kong's most 'instagrammed' basketball court and this forgotten old city somewhere in the northern part of  HK. We met a really talented local photographer and he brought us to these gem places! Despite the heavy rain that day, we went to this apartment buildings that was ancient (not rly) and the residents there were old people, too. He said people lived there all their lives, since they were young & single until they got old & married. Some of them never had kids. Whenever I travel, meeting locals and knowing their culture through the eyes of a young creative is my favorite thing to do. I always look forward to finding new people (thank you social media) and eventually plan a meeting ahead of time to agree on a place where it is convenient for us both. This is how I inspire myself and how I get through another year in my own little creative jungle. There are things you can never learn from school or from books and I believe those are the things that you discover when you travel. Tales and stories that your new friend shares. You want to believe you can keep in touch after meeting them, even when you know you might never see them again in this lifetime. :) But I do hope I'll meet them again in the future. And maybe by then, I'll be the one telling them stories and touring them in my own country. xoxo
