I got a bunch of band tees collection in my closet and some have been with me for a decade or so. I am also very particular with the band shirts I collect--- I must be inlove with the band and their songs. I keep them updated coz an oversized vintage band/rock start shirt, pair of pants and Jordan 1s does the no-brainer look for me. I mean, we cant go wrong with an all black look and a pop of colour! Add some hoop earrings to still keep it girly-ish. I am far from done with my blog drafts clean up, all style entry must be up before the year ends. This is me, guilty of my false promises to all my readers. I guess there are some NY resolutions that you just cant keep :<

A female monk in her late 60s approached me today and asked me why i dyed my hair like an old lady despite my very young face. I just smiled and she then asked to have a photo taken with her. Just a random day at Pop District Bazaar- nothing much haha.

One of my main goal this 2018 was to wear clothes that are age-appropriate, especially when I have a special client meeting. I can not show up wearing mens shirt and sneakers in a corporate meeting, duh? I may be stubborn fashion-wise but when it comes to business, I mean business. Wearing another coordinates made by yours truly. Was planning to write a recap about the National Philippine Streetwear Day 2018 event but I cant think of words to say. This "blogger's block" has been going on for almost 2 years now hahaha. I like to think that the sole purpose of my blog is to dump all my outfit photos- content wise, i suck. .*When did you started to be a fashion designer? How many years have you been making fashion designs? I graduated Fashion Design Technology in 2014. I'm officially a fashion designer for 3 years now but i did some rework designs at an early age of 12.

*Who are your customers? My clients are from different walks of life. They are mostly women/girls. I also have clients from different parts of the world. I've shipped my designs to New York, Australia, Canada, and Dubai. But on a daily basis i got student clients that wants to attend graduation balls and debut parties or some mothers who needs a gown for a wedding.

*What inspired you to be a fashion designer? At the age of 7, I started making dresses for my Barbie dolls. I would cut out my mom's curtains and sew it into a wedding dress. Of course it was pretty messy at the time. Through the years i never really had another goal other than being a designer, i guess my main inspiration back then was my childhood dream. Dressing up people and seeing them happy with the result inspires me today to continue learning and creating

The silhouette is from the 80s and 70's, from bell bottom jeans to front tie top and cropped tops. I added ruffles, flounces, peplums and slit for some modern twist. Overall, the designs i made is about mixing different eras of fashion into one curated collection.
